Last of the ex-Isle of Man Olympians to be certified for use here was the other Northern Counties example BMN 59V. It did not appear on the road until June 2007, reflecting the fact that these vehicles were worked on between the fitters' other commitments with maintenance of the existing fleet and have received a very thorough refurbishment. It is seen providing cover for a failed MAN on the main GA01 service; note the home-made grille fitted as the original Northern Counties one was found to be corroded beyond repair.
